Understanding Psychosocial Hazards • Review the key definitions and concepts outlined in the 'Managing the risk of psychosocial hazards at work Code of Practice 2022.' • Discuss common psychosocial hazards (e.g., work-related stress, bullying, harassment) and their potential impact on employees. • Use case studies/examples to illustrate real-world scenarios. Identifying Psychosocial Hazards • Provide tools and methods for participants to identify psychosocial hazards in their workplace. • Engage participants in interactive activities, such as group discussions or role-playing scenarios, to enhance understanding. Q&A and Discussion • Open the floor for questions and discussions. • Address any specific concerns or challenges raised by participants.
